6.6.1. BLANCHE, worked in a bank in Peoria.
6.6.2. EUGENE, lived in California at the time of his death in 1940, died of tuberculosis.
6.7. CHARLES EDGAR (CHARLEY), born 16 Feb 1852; in Lukin Township, IL; died 1939, in Bridgeport, IL;
married circa 1877 to Mary Catherine Edmondson (Kate) who was born in 1855 in Lukin Twp, IL daughter of
Wiley Manson Edmondson and Sarah Ann Parrott; Catherine's sister, Nancy Miranda Edmondson, married Thomas
Newton Corrie, (ref.
1.1.5.1.8.4.) a cousin of Charles. The sisters were both school teachers. Charley had a
broom factory in Bridgeport and owned several homes which he rented. He liked to make toy brooms and gave them
to children who visited him. He and Katherine lived on a small farm outside of Bridgeport, IL; Kate died in
1917 both are buried in Olive Branch church cemetery; five sons (

2) Roscoe (3) Ralph,

4) Benjamin Richard (Bernie), (
5) Chester P..

6.7.1. RAYMOND, born circa 1880;(date used to be 1852 impossible due to fathers birthday being 1852, 1880 is a
guess) wife Leota "had a daughter but they did not take her to raise although she seemed fond of her mother;
Raymond and Leota had no children; Raymond died first and was not buried at Olive Branch, close though.
Leota outlived him a few years and then went into a Methodist Home at Lawrenceville and she died there but
they buried her by Raymond. Well, the girl's name is Clement and lives, or did, in Shelbyville, IL."

6.7.2. ROSCOE, born 1882 in Bridgeport, Lawrence Co, IL; drowned in 1904, during the time he was working with
the apple harvest for Edgar Corrie's (ref.
1.1.5.1.8.4.1.) father-in-law in Hutchison, KS (an area that had
big apple orchards at that time) Roscoe was 22 years old when he died, he is buried beside his parents at
Olive Branch cemetery in Lawrence Co, IL.
