footnote: An old man, James Corrie, aged 81, was living in 1896, tenant of the little farm of Aikiebush,
Terregles. He said he was a son of the above-named Fanny Wood and Adam Corrie, and that the latter was first at
College Mains of Lincluden; he then went to the farm of Farthing James, and died at Speddock. A daughter, Mrs.
Anderson, was living with James Corrie)
14. In Memory of JOSEPH EDGAR WHO DIED AT LOCHARBRICGS 9TH MARCH 1808 AGED 38 YEARS ALSO

15. John Corrie died Aikiebush, Terregles, 13th Aug. 1905 age 42 Sarah Reid his widow, wife of John McTier,
died 25 Feb. 1946 aged 69 (James Corrie, son of Adam Corrie & Fanny or Jane Wood, married Mary Shaw 20 Dec.
1850 in Kirkpatrick Durham parish; they had 3 children Mary born 1 Jul 1857 in Isles, Kirkp-Dur., who married
John Anderson
1889 in Terregles Adam born 1859 in Underwood, Holywood, and John born 1861 in Aikiebush who
married Sarah Weir Reid of Nether Laggan, Dunscore, and they had 3 children: Thomas Reid b.1900 in Dunscore
