This is why one needs to use bypass resistors and caps on diodes strung together in a high voltage configuration. cause if you don't the curves start looking like this (its not right for a diode thats fer sure)
Update: a 20% margin on voltage isn't enough either at least not with just bypass caps and bypass resistors, one either needs a 200% margin on voltage or a MOV bypass.
